All products purchased from A1 Peptides are legal under the United Kingdom for research purposes.  It is your responsibility to check any local laws for your region/Country customs and excise duties and postage laws.  A1 Peptides do NOT accept any responsibility once an order has been placed for law outside of the UK. 

If we receive a return that has been sent back by customs for whatever reason we will only resend once more free of charge. All other postage attempts after this will need to  be paid by the customer. As stated before we cannot be held responsible for any customs issues due to the nature of the product and it is the customers responsibility to check local laws not A1 peptides. If for any reason we do decide to refund you at our discretion there will be a 50 percent deduction from the original cost as we will destroy the peptides as we will not resell these again. When purchasing you will be asked to accept our T’s & C’s and Privacy, and Cookie policies. by accepting our t,s & c,s you accept all responsibility for all customs and any extra charges that may apply to any orders you have placed. If for any reason you do not wish to accept our t,s & c,s please do not place a order with our company

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products, we will not take any returns as we have had no control over the  handling, storage and any possible contamination of the products, so we would not be able to resell these and I’m sure you would not want returned products sold to you.

Please pay due diligence and make sure your order is correct at time of payment, based on your own personal research needs as once orders have been placed we cannot change them. thanks!
